Commercial fitouts, fully delivered.

From the first brief to the final handover. We define, supply, project manage, and install commercial furniture for businesses across Australia — backed by two decades of project management discipline within the industry.

What we deliver, end to end.

Three phases. One foundation.

Define

01

Understanding the brief before we quote a single product.

Every project starts with the right questions. We work with you to scope the space, understand the use case, clarify the brief, and map the constraints — timelines, budget, site access, sequencing — before any product is specified. The clarity at this stage is what protects the rest of the project.

Supply

02

Commercial-grade product, specified to the brief.

Once the brief is locked in, we source product that fits. We work with established Australian and international suppliers across workstations, seating, storage, soft seating, acoustic solutions, and custom fabrication — selecting the right specification for performance, longevity, budget, and site fit. Every product we supply is commercial-grade and built to last in the environment it's going into.

Install

03

The handover is the point — and we own it.

Installation is where every decision made earlier in the project either holds together or falls apart. Our install teams are coordinated, briefed, and accountable. Workstations levelled, chairs assembled, screens fitted, joinery installed, packaging removed — and a final walk-through with you before we leave site. The space is ready for your team on day one, exactly as specified.

Project Management

The foundation underneath every phase.

Two decades of experience holding commercial fitout programs together — managing suppliers, coordinating freight, sequencing deliveries to construction programs, handling scope variations as they arise, and keeping every stakeholder informed. From the first brief to the final handover, project management is the discipline that runs underneath every project we deliver. It’s not an optional extra. It’s how we work.

Sectors we work across.

Two decades of experience across the industries that depend on getting fitouts right.

PAVE.

Four pillars, one practice.

Every project we take on is guided by four principles. We call it PAVE — the framework that shapes how we plan, how we deliver, and the standard we hold ourselves to from first brief to final handover.

Precision

Every detail measured, every spec confirmed.

Accountability

Clear communication, no surprises.

Value

Considered solutions that deliver lasting value.

Excellence

Quality products, quality outcomes.

Standards that hold us to account.

The principles behind every fitout we deliver.

Sustainability First

We believe well-designed, well-made products are the most sustainable choice — built to last, considered in their sourcing, and disposed of responsibly when they don’t. Our approach reduces waste at every stage of the project, from specification through to handover.

National Reach

Headquartered on the Gold Coast, delivering across the eastern seaboard and beyond. Logistics, freight, and on-site coordination are managed end-to-end — no matter the location, the standard remains the same.

Commercial-Grade Product

Every product we specify is selected for the environment it’s going into — commercial-grade construction, durable materials, and where it matters, AFRDI- or BIFMA-rated. We choose product that performs over time, not product that just ticks a box on day one.

Trade-Focused Service

Built for businesses, builders, architects, designers, and project managers who need a furniture partner that thinks like a contractor — not a retailer. Our process is wired to the rhythms of commercial fitout, not online shopping carts.

Twenty Years of Experience. One Business.

Built on first-hand experience across every link in the chain.

Legacy Commercial Furniture was founded to close a specific gap in the industry — the space between what gets sold and what gets delivered. Led by founder Brett Teagle, whose career spans factory floors, warehouse operations, production workshop leadership, and large-scale project management across government, defence, education, retail, automotive, and corporate sectors.

"What we leave behind is our Legacy."

Every project is a reflection of the standards we hold ourselves to — in the product we supply, the process we run, and the workspace we hand over. That’s the measure that matters. That’s what Legacy means.
