Built on experience. Delivered with precision.
Legacy Commercial Furniture is a commercial furniture and fitout partner founded on first-hand experience across every link in the supply chain — from the factory floor through to national project delivery.
What we deliver
Legacy Commercial Furniture provides end-to-end commercial fitout services across the east coast of Australia, working with businesses, property developers, builders, principal contractors, interior designers, architects, project managers, workplace strategists, facility managers, government procurement teams, and education and healthcare sector buyers.
Our service framework is built around three phases — Define · Supply · Install — with project management as the foundation underneath every one. From the first brief to the final handover, every stage is owned, coordinated, and accountable.

Where we come from
Legacy Commercial Furniture was founded to fill a specific gap in the commercial furniture market — the space between what gets sold and what gets delivered. Too many businesses are left to navigate that space alone.
LCF was built to close it.
Headquartered on the Gold Coast and servicing the east coast of Australia as standard, we operate as a full-service commercial furniture and fitout partner — managing every stage of a project from initial brief through to final handover.
Two decades across the chain
LCF is led by founder Brett Teagle, whose career spans more than 20 years in the commercial furniture industry — with first-hand experience on the factory floor, through warehouse and logistics management, production workshop leadership, installation, and large-scale project management for some of Australia’s most demanding commercial fitouts.
That breadth is rare. Most operators in this industry know one part of the chain. We’ve worked across all of it.
The result is a business that understands — instinctively — how furniture is built, how it ships, how it installs, and how it performs once a workspace is in use. Every decision we make on a project is informed by that perspective.

A track record built on delivery
Our experience spans government, corporate, defence, education, retail, and automotive sectors — from multi-level government tower fitouts and national retailer rollouts to defence programs delivered through Indigenous procurement partnerships, federal and state government contracts, statewide police and emergency services refurbishments, education and campus fitouts, automotive dealership rollouts, corporate headquarter relocations, financial and professional services workplaces, custom joinery and bespoke fabrication integration, and diplomatic projects delivered under restricted conditions.
Across hundreds of projects, the through-line is the same: very few defects, consistently strong client feedback, and repeat engagements. That’s the measure we hold ourselves to — because it’s the most honest one available.
It’s also backed by formal credentials. The leadership behind Legacy Commercial Furniture is grounded in nationally recognised qualifications across leadership, management, and operational delivery — completed alongside full-time project work, and earned with distinction. The discipline behind the qualification shapes the discipline behind every project we run.
Why we exist
Most furniture businesses sell you something. A good one also delivers it. What we offer is something different — a partner who manages the entire process, from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
We coordinate suppliers. We manage logistics. We problem-solve throughout. We avoid surprises. We hand over a workspace that’s ready to use from day one.
That’s not what comes with a product catalogue. It comes from experience — and from caring about what gets left behind once the job is done.

How we work
Every project we take on is guided by four principles. We call it PAVE.
Precision
Every detail measured, every spec confirmed.
Accountability
Clear communication, no surprises.
Value
Considered solutions that deliver lasting value.
Excellence
Quality products, quality outcomes.
What we leave behind is our Legacy.
Every project is a reflection of the standards we hold ourselves to — in the product we supply, the process we run, and the workspace we hand over. That’s the measure that matters. That’s what Legacy means.
